At KLOUD (Octopus First General Trading LLC), we aim to provide a seamless experience from purchase to setup. Please review our guidelines regarding delivery, installation, and liability.
Delivery Guidelines
- Service Area: Standard delivery is available within Dubai, UAE. For deliveries to other cities within the UAE, please contact us at 800-KLOUD.
- Delivery Charges: For products that do not include installation, delivery fees within Dubai range from AED 25 to AED 100, depending on the item. The exact fee will be calculated and shown at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Dubai upto 2 business days. All other cities within UAE upto 4 business days.
- Proof of Delivery: All delivered products must be signed for upon receipt.
- Rescheduling: If a delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s unavailability, additional delivery charges will apply for the rescheduled attempt.
Installation Services
We offer two types of installation options depending on the item:
- Included Installation: Certain products include installation at no extra cost. This is specified on the product page.
- Add-on Installation: For all other products, you may select installation as an optional service during checkout.
Scheduling & Access
- Timings: Appointments are booked in advance. Our team operates Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Attendance: A household member must be present during the entire process to sign the job completion form.
- Site Preparation: Please ensure the cabinet under the kitchen sink or the area where the product had to be installed is completely clear of items before our technician arrives.
Technical Requirements
- Drilling: Most undersink products and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems require a dedicated faucet. Unless you have opted for a dual-purpose faucet, this will require drilling a hole into your kitchen sink or countertop.
- Utilities: Please note that certain water filter systems (such as RO units) require an active electrical connection near the installation site.
Liability & Third-Party Service
- Providers: Installation may be carried out by qualified third-party technical suppliers.
- Limit of Liability: While utmost care is taken during installation, our liability for any accidental damages is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Indemnity: By booking an installation, the customer hereby indemnifies Octopus First General Trading LLC against any further claims whatsoever.
